The Animal Control Department is under the supervision of the police department and is responsible for picking up any dogs or cats running at large, which is in violation of our city code.  The Animal Control Officer also traps other animals for residents of the City.

 The City Pound is located on Alum Spring Road and is maintained daily to ensure that the animals are kept in a sanitary and healthy environment.

 Adoption Fee:  $ 10.00
