Water-Sewer Service - A deposit of $100.00 is required to start water service.  Residents are billed monthly for water/sewer/trash.  Included in the water bill is a mandatory trash charge of $9.69.  The minimum water usage is 3,000 gallons per month, and the minimum water charge is $10.00, minimum sewer charge is $12.00.  An after hours night depository is located on the front wall of City Hall for your convenience. 

Water Shut-Off Policy - All bills payable by the 5th of each month.  Payments made after the 5th will be assessed a 10% penalty.  Shut-offs will be done at 9:00 a.m. any time after the 10th.  $50.00 and utilities paid in full is required to turn the service back on.  All accounts on the shut-off list after 9:00 a.m. the day of shut-off will be subject to the $50.00 fee.

Water and Sewer Service Problems - Any leaking between the meter and the water main, usually in the street, should be reported to City Hall for maintenance.  In order to read a water meter located in a basement, the meter must remain accessible to the meter reader.  Water or sewer service complaints should be reported to City Hall, 573-378-4634.
